A Viennese “beach hotel” 

Located on the “beach” of Donaukanal (the Danube canal), it's only a 5 minute walk to the new gastro mile on Donaukanal and to the Twin City Liner's landing stage; this high-speed catamaran will take you to Bratislava within only 75 minutes.

Bars like “Motto am Fluss”, “Holy Moly”, “Das Badeschiff” and “Hermann Strandbar” build a lovely promenade of restaurants and beach bars along the canal and are only a couple of metres away from the hotel. At the hotel's back you will find a vibrant, young and creative bar district that can easily keep up with cities like London, Berlin or Paris.

The Gartenbau cinema, venue for the Viennale film festival, is also only a stone's throw away, as are the many other party venues in the 1^st district. 

At the Hotel Capricorno you will find a real specialty. Each room is decorated with selected motives on wallpapers and guests have the feeling of being in the middle of Vienna even when they are in the hotel.

During the renovation of the Hotel Capricorno he could combine his hobby with his profession and went in search of the perfect details about Vienna, which now give the hotel a very personal touch.
